To use a mouthwash, pour into the mouth, and let it stay for 60 seconds before spitting it out, and do not swallow it!

4. Proper tongue cleaning

Tongue cleaning is an important part of oral hygiene. The tongue is a muscular part of the oral cavity and therefore can accumulate dirt/debris. A tongue scraper or toothbrush can be used to clean the tongue regularly, and this should be done twice daily to prevent bath breath, infections or decay of the tooth.

5. Regular Dental check-up

Visiting your dentist is strongly advised. A regular Dental check-up is important for thorough examination of your teeth, gums and entire oral cavity. Oral advice and treatments can also be carried out. This check-up can be done twice a year.
